Your new role

• Undertake mechanical repairs and scheduled maintenance work on factory equipment and other industrial machinery such as conveying systems, production machinery, packaging equipment to a high standard
• Responsible for health and safety of any staff working under your direction

What you'll need to succeed

• Ensuring that all products are produced to specification whilst optimizing capacity while minimizing costs to make greatest possible contribution to plant revenue
• Provide excellent service, customer delivery, safety specification, hygiene, and quality standards
• Good communication and a ‘can do’ attitude
• Exhibits a high level of effort and high desire for achievement
• All repair and maintenance work undertaken by you is to a high standard and in a timely manner
