The role
This Implementation & Migration Manager position based at our offices in Crawley, is part of a successful team that provides Implementation & Migration support for our Records Management software's.
**The role is hybrid working with occasional visits to the Crawley campus along with international travel as required**
Responsibilities
Lead and manage implementation of new customers, maintaining communication throughout the course of the project to meet customer expectations
Plan, lead, organize and control multiple project initiatives in accordance with approved scope and schedule
Act as a focal point for the business and engage multiple stakeholders to validate new business scope as it pertains to customer contract, technical specifications and data analytics to ensure correct technologies are selected to support customer requirements
Implement complex business requirements through a variety of tools and technologies
Define customer requirements for Product development
Participate with creation, support and execution of customer SO
Identify problem solving + investigate customer issues – triage when necessary
Maintain aviation/industry knowledge and experience
Ability to communicate effectively with strong presentation skills
To conduct regression testing ahead of software releases
To support the Development team in fixing bugs
Work Authorisation:

Requirements
Ideally you'll have an in-depth understanding of Aircraft Maintenance records & types generated in commercial aviation, be aware of typical maintenance policies and requirements, familiar with most fleet operation policies in the short, medium and long term
Familiarity in aviation regulations
Provides and drives solutions to problems that are commonly experienced by users. Under request, is able to provide feedback to improve the team’s processes and procedures
Works well as part of a small team to determine and develop approaches to solutions
Obtain results, working as part of a small team or follow problems through to resolution would typically result in satisfied customers with optimal expenditure of resources
Interacts frequently with internal personnel and external customers. Reports into the Customer Support & Implementation Manager
