What does the role involve?

Implementation Care Specialist (ICS) is responsible for implementation of service contracts, customizes offerings to meet unique needs, creates service adoption and drives change management within customer organization.

Pre-implementation preparation of service contracts, implementation / execution of service contracts and customer care activities.

This role is a key pillar of our ON!Track and Fleet Management service solutions and will assist in growing and supporting any existing and / or future software product and services with local, regional, and global partners at Hilti.

• Background in business administration.

• Willingness to travel within New Zealand - Role will be predominantly field-based with intermittent office days
