Produce Delivered Limited (PDL) is a 3rd party logistics company that partners exclusively with HelloFresh, located in Mount Wellington, Auckland. This partnership, established in 2018, packs fresh produce, dry goods, and other food products into boxes in a high demand, fast paced and chilled environment, 7 days a week. 

We operate with 4 main departments; Ice Production, Production, Inventory, Quality Control and a leadership team in the office. We are constantly expanding and growing, so we are looking for talented people to join us. In this case we are looking for someone to join our Production team as a member of our Ice Production team.  

The role 

As a member of the Ice Production Team, you are an essential member in our warehouse team based in Mt Wellington. We are looking for two people to join our team, one for the night shift and one for the afternoon shift. In this role you will be part of a small team within the warehouse responsible for the running of our ice machine. 

Available shifts are:
Monday - Friday 6:00am - 1:45pm

Monday - Friday 2:15pm - 10pm 

The major tasks, duties, and responsibilities

• Operates the machine this will involve packing product into crates, changing over film, moving pallets and ensuring product quality.
• Ensures machinery operates efficiently and effectively to meet productivity requirements
• Maintain positive communication with PDL employees, suppliers and service providers.
• Maintain, encourage and support the day to day maintenance of ice production room cleanliness and tidiness standards.
• Maintain and support the security of produce and company equipment

You must have:

• The ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable, and own transport
• Good attitude
• Problem solving and some previous mechanical experience would be advantageous
• Competency in English is essential in this role
