About the Position:
This is an excellent career opportunity for the right person to step into a strategic leadership Human Resources Manager role with full responsibility to run the department, for one of Ontario’s leaders in the printing industry.
You will be primarily responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating human resources operations at the company.
The Human Resources Manager will be accountable for facilitating the daily functions of human resources including HR process development, recruitment and onboarding, fostering positive employee relations, supporting the performance management program, benefits administration, as well as maintaining policies, HR data and employee files.
What the Company Will Give to You:
This full-time position requires you to be in the office 5 days a week, however upon completion of your training and as you begin to develop more familiarity with the company and its processes, hybrid opportunities will be available which will allow you to work from home 1-2 days a week.
