Robert Half has partnered with a top employer in the Waterloo area, in their search for an HR Manager. We are looking for a team player, who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, excited to explore creative and innovative solutions to problems, interested in building and maintaining strong relationships and focused on delivering exceptional results. As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, to learn and develop your skill sets, and to make an impact. The HR Manager provides a hybrid work opportunity where you will work on site and from home up to 2 days a week.

As the HR Manager you will:

- oversee HRBP

- work with senior leadership on change management strategies

- development of strategic programs

- lead HRBPs with investigations

- collaborate to create HR related policies and programs

- provide support to management for disciplinary actions

- provide support for employee performance management

Requirements

-5-10 years experience in Human Resources

-3 or more years of experience in a management role

-CHRP or CHRL designation an asset

-experience in a warehouse or distribution environment an asset
