We have a rare opportunity for an energetic and passionate HR Coordinator to join our group.

Reporting the Human Resource Manager, you will provide Human Resource and Health & Safety advice and support to 150 employees, throughout five branches within the Wellington region.

If you have previously held or currently hold an HR Administration position or have recently finished studying your degree in HR we want to hear from you!

The role: 

• The coordination of the recruitment process for the group
• Administration of the annual performance and remuneration review
• Organising Technical and Business training for staff in association with Toyota New Zealand
• Coordinating the Health, Safety & Environmental processes for the group
• Ad hoc admin where required

About you:

• A qualification in Human Recourse Management is preferred and/or previous experience in HR administration 
• Strong administration, planning and organisational skills
• Be approachable and professional with a high standard of integrity and confidentiality
• Be a team player with a good sense of humour and positive energy
• Passionate about consistently delivering exceptional customer service
• Accuracy and quality focused
• Calm under pressure and enjoys a challenge
