Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Human Resources Business Partner...
What you will do:
- Provide strategic consultation, partnership and guidance to senior business leaders (EMEA ExCo Members, +1 or 2) on human capital matters resulting in improved decision making (speed, quality, and transparency) and execution
- Evaluate and advise on organisational performance, driving desired business outcomes in accordance with Wells Fargo’s Behavioural Expectations as it relates to workforce planning, change management, role clarity, and consistency in people leader performance.
- Bring business strategic priorities to the HR COEs, and the HR COE’s to the business, to ensure products, activities and solutions are aligned to the International and business strategies.
- Coach and support senior leaders through organisational changes and business growth; help them be the leaders which represent Wells Fargo’s values and who exhibit passion for growth and talent
- Lead succession planning and talent development efforts in partnership with the International talent team, input to the development of programs and leverage the programs broadly.
- Execute against an integrated talent management agenda for the business and act as talent broker for high potential leaders to identify growth and exposure opportunities by looking across the global landscape.
- Support the organisation and senior executive team members in achieving their DE&I agendas.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition on executive searches.
- Support management of the annual performance and compensation cycle in partnership with Total Reward and with senior leaders; to include communication, consistency reviews, calibration sessions, and strategic use of compensation budget in concert with retention, equity, talent identification and succession planning efforts.
- In conjunction with peers, COE’s and HR Global Delivery team leverage our HR community to proactively improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the HR function for International and create passion for continuous improvement of the end to end One HR organisation model and its business added value across the international HR team.

- Successful track record of building relationships: demonstrated capability in building and maintaining credible relationships through proven powerful communication and influencing skills. Possess the ability to quickly build trust, create open channels of communication and achieve collective buy-in.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity: living and working across multiple markets and cultures with a refined understanding of cultural nuances,
- Passion around diversity and inclusion.
- Organisational Design and end-to-end talent management: good judge of people with a demonstrable affinity for talent management (acquire, develop, retain, deploy).
- Demonstrable knowledge of European employment markets.
- CIPD qualified or equivalent.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Consulting in a Business, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Skills/Experience Required:
- Experience of leading and delivering HR solutions in support of business strategy in an international and matrixed environment.
- An experienced HR generalist with a passion for building relationships and executing on business priorities.
- Broad experience in core HR disciplines.
- Good understanding of governance, and regulatory environments.
- Detail focused and highly organized with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Natural ability to build strong collaborative working relationships with business leaders and HR partners.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong influencing skills.
- Confident style with the sensitivity to work within a highly complex and highly regulated banking environment; multi-cultural sensitivity a must.
