What will you get exposure to?
The everyday HR
- Providing administrative and clerical support.
- Assisting in preparing job ads, posting and screening applications.
- Scheduling and coordinating interviews and pre-employment testing.
- Other duties as assigned. (I love this line. It could be anything from editing a document to helping out at a trade show!)
The creative HR
- Developing an in-person on-boarding process for the MD of Lesser Slave Lake
- Executing the on-boarding process and making adjustments for the next one
- Prepare HR papers and team member manuals for our clients
- Taking my handwritten notes and turning the words into processes
- Assisting in building an efficient sales process

- Travel to/from Slave Lake 3X in May for two nights each trip (non-negotiable)

What are the job requirements?
- Enrolled in a Post-Secondary program; preference will be given to those in HR or Business
- Expert-level Microsoft Office suite products
- Experience in social media design programs (Canva or PicMonkey)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with active listening skills
- Must have an understanding of and keen interest in social media: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc., from a marketing and sales side.
- Understanding of IF/THAN statements and how to move procedures through an IF/THAN system
- Demonstrated initiative and flexibility
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Driver's license and access to a vehicle for travel to/from Slave Lake
