GreenTech Resources is looking for Human resources and Recruitment Officers (NOC 1223) – 02 positions available (one for east and one for west) Regina location.
Qualification and experience
- Responsible for Recruitment, placement and Contacting potential applicants to arrange interviews.
- 2+ years’ experience in HR within a fast paced office environment
- Education and/or experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Proficiency in MS office – word, excel, power point and outlook
- Experience of working on various job portals, social medial platforms and ATS System
- Exceptional written and spoken English and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization skills
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
- Diploma/Post Graduate in HR or Admin / MBA
- Good data analytics and data management
- Team management experience
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Preferably from Immigration and recruitment industry
- Candidates eligible to work full time can only apply
- Familiarity with Zoom/webEx/Video Conferencing/Calendars
Job Responsibilities
- Screen and conduct interviews for selecting candidates
- Perform reference and background checks for potential employees
- Reach out /create relationships with prospective employers to understand their requirement
- Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.

- Induction of new employees for GreenTech /Other HR tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Establish recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss their needs.
- Manage and prepare database reports on weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual basis and also manage departmental budget and ensure consistency
- Managing a team of recruitment coordinators and administrative staff. Prepare corporate correspondence, agreements and presentations to represent the organization at various platforms
- Build a pipeline of strong, diverse candidates across different roles in various industries namely food and restaurant, hospitality, recruitment and staffing, meat industry, IT, beauty and wellness, automotive, education, farm etc.
- Work in collaboration with business development team to cater to the hiring needs by determining a strategic approach and bring an innovative solution
- Liaison with recruiters/agents to source candidates across the globe
- Participate in employer branding and managing social media platforms
- Designing and implementing recruitment campaigns
- Preparing Newsletters/correspondence for business collaboration
