My Downtown Vancouver client is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to join their busy and growing team. This Human Resource Coordinator will be supporting and partnering with the HR team. Some of the key responsibilities include HR administration, coordinating interviews, presenting candidates, creating and improving templates and current processes, onboarding, partnering with managers and departments, and acting as the first point of contact for general HR matters including benefits, payroll, and policy queries, collaborating with the culture team to facilitate social events, training sessions, and executive meetings.

This HR Coordinator position is the perfect opportunity for a Human Resource professional who is eager to fast-track their career within HR. Requirements

Requirements for this role include previous HR experience exposure or experience in HR administration, a high level of organization, and the ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
