We are recruiting for a Hub Coordinator to join the Essex Child and Family Wellbeing Service.  We are seeking an experienced and creative professional to lead and manage our community engagement, Hub delivery and volunteering offer in Mid Essex.

Our mission is to provide first class universal public health and care to the children, young people and families of Essex. Through a unique partnership between Virgin Care and Barnardo's, two nationally renowned providers in their respective fields, we aim to deliver a range of high quality community and family focussed health and wellbeing services.We are dedicated to delivering safe, accessible, effective, and professional child and family health and wellbeing services with integrity and accountability using outcome focussed, evidence based care.

We strive to continue to improve and build our service offer, working with families and communities to help develop the service. The Hub Coordinator role requires innovation and excellent partnership skills, to apply an assets based approach to the community engagement and volunteering work that is integral to our service model.

• Promote their own and their family's physical and mental health and wellbeing
• Create home and community environments where children, young people and their families are safe and can learn, grow and thrive

The successful candidate must be able to drive and have access to their own car as this is essential for service delivery.
