Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Second Level Support for HR specific suite applications using ServiceNOW ticketing system
- Coordinate and actively partake in release management activities including UAT testing
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve application support issues
- Identify and understand areas for continuous improvement through business analysis
- Receiving and coordinating application change requests using Service NOW ticketing system
- Develop, roll out and provide support for relevant business users on any new features introduced to the Workforce Management System
- Liaise and consult with key internal, external and international stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and providers
- Ensure efficient and appropriate reporting is available to the business across the HRIS.
Selection Criteria:
- Previous experience in end-to-end application support (HR applications specifically is desirable)
- Prior knowledge of product and/or application lifecycle
- Experience in UAT testing, including creating UAT scripts, supporting business stakeholders through the UAT process, gathering, documenting, and implementing feedback based on UAT outcome
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with a Workforce Management System such as Kronos, Blue Yonder or equivalent is desirable
- Experience with SQL reporting is desirable
- Systematic and innovative approach to IT
