This position will be a Remote/Hybrid position.
How you will make an impact
• Execute all stages of the recruitment life cycle: partnering with our hiring leads to deeply understand their requirements, crafting attractive job descriptions, attracting A-player candidates, preparing all offers of employment, completing reference checks, and negotiating and presenting offers to successful candidates
• Develop, recommend and implement human resources programs and services in the area of recruitment and retention.
• Provide guidance and advice to management and staff on recruitment and selection issues.
• Support the management team in planning efforts related to staffing levels and requirements
• Networking with industry contacts, association memberships, trade groups, and employees
• Efficiently and effectively filling open positions
• Managing the recruitment funnel and developing a talent pipeline of qualified candidates in advance of need
• Creatively finding new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting
• Attending career fairs and developing working relationships with colleges/universities for recruiting and employer brand recognition
• Maintaining all relevant applicant and interview records in accordance with our policy and regulations
What would you bring:
• Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma or equivalent experience in HR/Recruiting asset not required
• A Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience required
• Full-cycle recruitment experience required
• Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with ATS software
• Able to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment
• Enjoy working with people
