Looking for an opportunity within recruiting? well, are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist/recruiter for about 2 months contract opportunity with a possibility of an extension. Looking for a candidate with a solid recruitment background, preferably in healthcare, non for profit agencies, must be responsive and show initiative, confident, and easily demonstrate recruiting experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets and develop a talent pipeline tapping into passive candidate networks

• Review and approve job postings, coordinate interviews, update interview questions as needed, conduct interviews, run employment reference checks, review and present offer letters

• Provide continuous support to hiring managers in all aspects of full-cycle recruitment

• Respond to employees and management inquiries and implement HR policies and procedures related to Recruitment and Selection

• Score candidates, complete interview ratings, and make recommendations on hiring decisions

• Notify candidates of the competition outcome in a timely manner and ensure that feedback is provided to internal candidates by the hiring manager

• Maintain internal tracking spreadsheet of vacancies across various regions and update HR Managers periodically

• Collect interview notes and maintain competition files for HR records
