There is a short-term contract / temporary opportunity in the Surrey, British Columbia area for an HR Recruiter. Human Resources Recruiters looking for a role that will help them refine their skills, should consider this opportunity. This position's important duties include recruiting candidates for a wide variety of positions across accounting, marketing, operations, and technology fields. If you can excel at recruiting functions along with a variety of personnel related administrative tasks, including providing clerical support to the HR department, this job might be for you. Key responsibilities

- Fulfilling interviews

- Collecting and sorting candidates through various sources and platforms

- Creating internal recommendations

- Typing and posting job opportunity advertisements

- Applying digital recruiting resources

- Implementing various administrative duties

- Sustaining new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations

Requirements

- 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience

- The top candidates have proficiency with office applications and software, as well as social media platforms

- Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

- The person we select will have to be highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity

- Command of sourcing recruitment

- Customer service experience

- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals

- Familiar with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
