Our client is a leading professional services firm with offices in Auckland and Wellington and they are seeking a passionate Projects Specialist to join their People & Culture team.
Your new role
Reporting to the National People & Culture Manager, this is a newly created role brought in to work with the P&C team and drive projects to bring together talented, diverse and collaborative people and nurture a culture of engagement and high performance.

What you'll need to succeed
You'll have proven experience in delivering on people projects with a "think outside the box" approach. You'll thrive in a role where you are able to influence and drive change using your well developed coaching skills and will enjoy working in a collaborative team who are passionate about what they do.
Ideally you'll have worked in professional services previously with an understanding of the challenges and will bring a creative approach to your work.
