BT have invested in our HR landscape and we have partnered with SAP to implement SuccessFactors and Fieldglass to give us a market leading HR system. This will be one of the largest SAP implementations in the UK with around 170,000 combined users in over 50 countries.

We are looking for YOU to help us transform HR in BT, help US connect with all of our colleagues, Future, Past and present and define what is possible to help BT go #BeyondLimits

You will be responsible for the in-life management of BT’s People Systems specifically SAP Fieldglass, covering solution design, build and issue management, seeking to optimise the cost to serve and the colleague experience.

You'll have the following responsibilities

You’ll be responsible for the global processes and system(s) within the specialised area of SAP Fieldglass

Participate as a Subject Matter Expert in various internal and external user groups

Consult and inform key senior stakeholders, Global Process Owners, Product Owners, Solution Administrators, Technology and product vendors sharing knowledge and delivering the expected colleague experience

Responsible for working with the Business on strategic projects to enhance their use, adoption and knowledge of the application and recommend corrective actions

Responsible for ensuring that you and your team are informed on SAP’s product roadmap and in influencing their direction of travel by submitting BT product enhancement requests

You'll have the following skills & experience

In-depth knowledge of the HR SaaS solution – SAP Fieldglass

Excellent documentation and written communication skills (workbook updates, creating support tickets, etc.).  The ability to communicate simply

Experience in requirements gathering and driving true SaaS adoption

Responsible for providing in-life support for colleagues' issues raised via a ticket are resolved in a timely manner and within KPI’s

Experience of working e2e across a service delivery value chain

Experience managing a backlog of problems and initiatives and ability to prioritise this workload
