The opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR (People) Programs Lead to join the Programs team within People Operations until mid 2023.
The People Programs Lead supports the Senior Manager People Programs to project manage, develop and implement various HR programs and people initiatives. This will include managing a number of concurrent change projects and business process improvements end to end.
The role is focused on improving the Employee Experience and will work with key stakeholders to lead the development of clearly defined processes and easy to access content, and will identify and drive opportunities to enhance HR digital workflows through online and digital platforms.

About you
We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate experience operationalising HR / People process enhancements, implementing transformed services, are outcomes driven, and have a passion for people-centric innovation and improvement.
You have the passion and motivation to bring initiatives to life through teamwork and collaboration. You also demonstrate innovative, analytical, conceptual and problem solving ability.
You enjoy challenging convention and implementing new ways of working to build and improve on existing practice and you are driven by implementing positive change in an organisation.
Essential Requirements
Demonstrated experience in driving HR programs for continuous improvement
Strong stakeholder management skills and proven ability to drive sustainable change and employee centric outcomes through influencing
Strategic ‘blue sky’ thinking and clear communication skills
Proven track record of delivering complex projects and initiatives, especially within People & Culture
Proven capability in aligning and translating business requirements into business and operational outcomes
Change management experience is desireable
Strong presentation skills and ability to story-tell (e.g. communicating benefits realisation)
Ability to deal with ambiguity and work collaboratively to implement solutions
Creativity, passion for transformation, ability to problem solve and take initiative
Experience with agile ways of working and human-centred design would be advantageous
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this position is Transport Service Grade 9A ($138,670) – 9E ($155,309) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
