What you’ll do:

• Act as an active point of contact for the employee journey 

• Management of the different stages of an employee lifecycle, from admission to offboarding 

• Management of HR data and systems, ensuring all files and reports 

• Manage end-to-end organization of data integrity across all HR systems and processes 

• Manage and improve benefits program 

• Organize the programs that involve occupation health and all related matters 

• Maintain knowledge of HR and employment law 

• Advise on HR-related topics and providing the needed support and resolution to the teams and colleagues 

What you’ll bring:

• + 4 years of professional experience 

• Previous experience as HR Generalist or HR Ops 

• Previous experience working in an international environment  

• Can-do and solution oriented attitude 

• Ability to multi-task and change priorities accordingly to the business needs 

• Ready to collaborate with the stakeholders regardless different seniority levels  

• Excellent interpersonal communications skills 

• Flexible, creative, collaborative and innovative approach 

• Empathetic team player 

• Fluent in English
