Lead the HR Team in managing the full spectrum of HRM & Admin functions

Manage Staffing, recruitment, selection and onboarding process

Oversee and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Bridging management & employee relations by addressing grievances & employee relations issues

Assess training needs, source and manage training programs

Manage and provide advice on HR Policies

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives to support operational efficiency

Recommend & implement improvements to HR processes, policies & systems

HR Data reporting through HR metrics for decision making

Business partnering by providing HR advice and guidance to support Operation team

Support Corporate HR in implementing HR projects and initiatives

Oversee HCM System (Oracle System) & payroll function to ensure accurate & timely payroll processing

Ensure audit and legal compliance throughout human resource management

• Degree in HR, Business with minimum 10 years HR generalist experience in manufacturing sector
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• People oriented and results driven
• Good business partnering skills & team player
• High Proficiency in Microsoft skills especially excel and powerpoint
• Must be proficient in Oracle HCM
• Location : North
