YOUR NEW ROLE

Reporting to the General Manager, you will work collaboratively with all parts of the organisation & external stakeholders where applicable. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Coach business line managers in relation to people management and people issues in general
• Manage end to end recruitment process
• Improving, implementing, and administering human resource policies and procedures - providing best practice advice & recommendations
• Manage all compliance requirements including supporting Return to Work
• Provide sound HR advice on employment conditions and other processes undertaken by the business in respect to employee relations
• Handling employee performance management matters including conducting investigations & disciplinary action
• Support the annual Performance Appraisal process as and when required
• Managing and updating the mandatory training register, including booking training and ensure training compliance is met
• Perform exit interviews and support the exit process for terminating employees
• Report any incidents, hazards and Workcover matters to your Manager or OHS Manager
• Manager end to end recruitment process
• Create contracts, letters and various adhoc HR documentation as required

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

This is a busy and varied role and as such we are seeking an experienced HR Generalist who can demonstrate the ability to work independently and autonomously across all HR functions. You will be required to use your outstanding interpersonal skills to liaise with a range of stakeholders, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills and the ability to hit the ground running. You must be adaptable, capable of dealing with change and enjoying working within a team.
