RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Provide full recruitment cycle support, including the preparation and posting of job postings, resume screening, telephone, zoom, and/or face-to-face interviews, reference checking and issuing employment offers;
•Provide broad-based support to managers, supervisors and employees in the areas of recruitment
•Liaise with temporary personnel agencies as required;
•Organizing and tracking high volume recruitment across sites and positions;
•Ad hoc reporting;
•Prepare HR documents as assigned;
•Assist the HR department with employee file maintenance;
•Support HR related tasks on projects and other duties as assigned;
•University/college degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field;
•Achieved or actively working towards a CHRP designation;
•Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience working in an HR department;
•Minimum of 2 years direct recruitment experience, with proven experience in behavioral based interviewing techniques;
•Strong ability to deal with sensitive information confidentially and with discretion;
•Strong time management and organizational skills; attention to detail to manage work,competing deadlines and sensitive projects;
•Team player, able to work effectively with all levels of the organization;
•Advanced computer skills, and knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems;
•Superior interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal and presentation);
•Demonstrates discretion, confidentiality, sound judgment and sensitivity in dealing with internal/external communities;
•Valid driver’s license and access to vehicle is required, must be able to travel to multiple sites;
•Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.
