Your new role
You'll join the team in a generalist role with a focus on ER and change management, working collaboratively with Managers to support the delivery of top quality HR services.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll have a minimum of 2 years experience within a generalist HR role with a working knowledge of NZ HR legislation. You'll enjoy a fast paced and busy role where your exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to build relationships quickly will be welcomed.
With well developed problem solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset, you'll be comfortable working flexibly in an agile environment.
