A peek inside the role:
The HR Change Partner will support the delivery of the People Ops Change plan within Premier Inn & Restaurants Operations by working flexibly across projects to ensure successful implementation, and working in partnership and influencing Operations Directors, ROMs, and HRBP Ops.
You will scope, design, and develop correct change practices to implement and execute the required change activity including management of short-term change requirements across PI&R Operations (tactical) and longer term strategic business transformation activity. This will include defining correct objectives, measurement and success criteria to deliver the process through effective and efficient controls and leadership behaviours, ensuring sustainability.
You will provide commercial and coaching People generalist service to the business with a particular focus on HR Change, Employee Relations, Estate changes and if required any Union activity. This might be in support of estate changes like selling of properties, TUPE requirements and/ or significant change impact on site teams.
You will act as additional Employee Relations support in managing complex/senior/multi-level, ER caseloads; providing pragmatic HR advice, guidance and support to Operations when cases cannot be resolved through first and second level tiering (ER helpdesk/ER Delivery Manager) depending on case complexity.
There will be ongoing requirements to devise, implement and maintain relevant People tools, processes and insight in line with the agreed Operational HR plan and brand objectives that enable operational leaders to deliver sustainable action in their teams utilising learnings from internal company engagement processes and operational interfaces like All Ears and listening groups/activity.
