My public sector client is seeking an experienced HR generalist to join their nationwide team. You will report into a supportive senior manager based in Wellington and work within a nationwide P&C team.

- Provide thought leadership in the areas of business strategy, workforce strategy, people capability and organisational change
- Develop tools and resources that can be picked up by your peers in other regions

About you
- Proven experience in a similar level HR generalist role
- Recognised as a ‘Trusted Advisor’ to senior management in a medium to large organisation
- Good influencing skills with proven experience in building strategic stakeholder relationships
- Experience across change management, organisational development, succession and talent management and shaping organisational culture
