About the role
We're looking for experienced HR Advisors to provide accurate and timely HR advice and support. You'll have the opportunity to support and lead key projects focused on continuous improvement, change management and other exciting HR initiatives in a dynamic, large, complex government organisation.
You'll be fantastic at forming close working relationships with managers at all levels and becoming a valued and trusted HR Advisor. You'll collaborate with the wider HR group and draw on the knowledge of our HR experts to develop broader HR expertise.
Mentoring our Assistant HR Advisors to build the team's capability will also be a big part of your role.

You're passionate about partnering with people and focused on providing an exceptional customer experience.
You'll be innovative, with a good level of generalist HR experience and keen to learn to further develop your HR career.
Our ideal candidate might have
• Experience working at HR advisory level
• Sound knowledge of employment legislation and best practice
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and be confident dealing with managers at all levels
• Partnership focused relationship management skills with the ability to persuade and influence
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• A client focus, with a desire to improve and streamline the delivery of HR services
