Your new role
Reporting into the P&P Business Partner, you\'ll be responsible for providing exceptional core HR services including:
- Leading the Rewards and Recognition programme
- Leading recruitment campaigns across the business using internal and external platforms including social media, proactive sourcing and creating talent pipelines
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
- Coordinate with the People & Performance programmes in collaboration with peers and stakeholders across ANZ
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Provide first level Advisory support to P&P Business Partners and their key stakeholders
- Manage P&P administration activities & reporting across the team including all P&P compliance activities
What you\'ll need to succeed
You’ll be an HR generalist who is able to thrive on pace and change. And have a passion for inclusivity and diversity within the workplace in addition to the following key skills:
- Skills in recruitment, IEA preparation and ad hoc projects
- Strong and demonstrable experience in talent acquisition, ideally in FMCG or a dynamic business
- Proven working experience in providing HR advice to stakeholders, and someone who is motivated to take their career somewhere
- Outstanding communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
- Highly creative with ability to think outside the box
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Degree/qualification in Human resources is desirable
