Advising line management;

Remuneration & reviews;

Award interpretation and compliance;

COVID policy;

Training & Development [including development and delivery];

Legal;

Industrial relations;

Employment related agreements

Performance management including terminations;

Visa’s;

Recruitment across a broad workforce.

VITAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE FOR THE ROLE

You will need to have experience in HR or Recruitment with tertiary qualifications.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE

Highly attuned written & verbal communication skills at all levels. The ability to work at pace in a fast moving environment.
