- Manage a number of administrative duties
- update and create job descriptions
- statistical reports and compensation metrics concerning compensation data regarding employees
-assist in pay increase processes
-research best practices and trends regarding compensation practices
- Maintain employee database documents
-Perform all other duties as required including various clerical and administrative functions for department when required
- Recent completion of post secondary program related to Human Resources an asset
- Human Resources (HR) Administration experience an asset
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information and exercise good judgment and discretion in handling and disseminating information
- Capable in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
