Job Description
•Greet guests and answer questions.
•Change the sheets and make the bed.
•Replace used towels and other toiletries, such as shampoo and soap.
•Sweep and mop the floor.
•Vacuum the floor mats.
•Dust and polish furniture.
•Replenish drinks and food products in the minibar.
•Taking out the garbage.
•Sanitize public areas, such as hallways.
•Report technical problems and maintenance needs.
•Update guest room status on assignment slip.
•Return and replenish the cleaning vehicle at the end of the shift.
Job Requirements
•High school diploma, preferred.
•Previous experience in customer service and/or housekeeping.
•Experience in using industrial cleaning equipment and products.
•Flexible working hours.
•Ability to work with little or no supervision while maintaining high performance standards.
•Mobility and physical endurance.
•Ability to follow instructions.
•Professional and polite.
Required Years of experience: 1 – 2 years
