Job Responsibilities

Within this hands on role, you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the Hotel Restaurant and Bar and be responsible for the following; Take ownership for ensuring guest satisfaction and lead a team that go above and beyond to ensure that our guests have the best experience and leave the hotel having had the most enjoyable time Co-ordinate and direct employees to ensure the delivery of excellent customer service within the restaurant Maximise sales, profits and customer satisfaction Assist with the food and beverage budget, monitoring occupancy, departmental expenses and staff rotas Ensure that all the administration, cash control, stock control and security procedures are adhered to

Key Requirements

You'll have previous experience working in a similar role You will have experience managing teams and will enjoy motivating others to be their best You'll be motivated by delivering outstanding service You'll have experience of working in a fast-paced, busy environment You'll be excellent at building a rapport with colleagues and guests Most of all, you'll have a professional, organised and friendly approach.
