Job Description
- Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service
- Performing all check-in and check-out tasks
- Ascertains their lodging, purchasing needs
- Collect payments by accepting cash, checks, or debits from customers. And changes for bar customers
- Informing customers about payment methods and verifying their credit card data
- Monitor, organize and forward emails
- Maintain records and files
- Respond to guest inquiries and inquiries in a timely, friendly and efficient manner

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or relevant qualification
- Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role
- Familiarity with telephone, office, and point-of-sale software a plus
- Good understanding of office administration and basic bookkeeping practices
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Office programs
