What can you expect?

Bell-persons provide an outstanding guest experience by creating a warm, welcoming, and professional environment. They assist guests with their queries and provide recommendations to ensure their stay is enjoyable. They are responsible for the safe and efficient handling and delivering of guest luggage and equipment.

About the role:

• Being welcoming to guests and sharing your knowledge about our awesome resort.
• Heavy lifting - moving guest luggage to and from hotel rooms smoothly and quickly.
• Being a mean, lean snow removing machine.
• Driving on-hill tracked vehicles and snowmobiles.
• Staff Accommodation provided - Must live on mountain at Sunshine Village.

About you:

• Previous hotel / guest service experience.
• Ability to lift heavy items and complete manual labor tasks comfortably.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
• A clean driver abstract and are over the age of 21 upon commencement of employment.
