ABOUT THE ROLE
Due to continued growth, we now have a vacancy for a Homecare Coordinator to join our busy Homecare team. A multi-tasker, with planning and coordination experience who, day to day, will coordinate our team of caregivers in the delivery of Home and Community based care, and support with associated paperwork and processes.
No two days will be the same, so the ability to be flexible and cope well with change is a must. As is a good sense of humour, empathy, ability to build relationships and an excellent telephone manner. IT skills/literacy is a must! Full training will be given for this position.
