What will you be doing?

You will be an ambassador for our John Lewis products when visiting our customer’s homes. You will use your skills and expertise to deliver high quality installation standards which we call ‘Right Fit, First Time’. Using your proven customer service experience you will be fully focused on inspiring and delighting our customers.You will also offer advice, demonstrations and recommendations to meet your customer’s needs. You will work primarily independently so you will be managing your own time and will need to ensure your day runs smoothly. However, even though you will work alone, you will have the full support of your team and people manager.

You will be driving between our John Lewis branches and Service Building in your region and our customer homes which means a driving licence is required for this role. The areas  this role covers are:

Bracknell - servicing the Reading, High Wycombe and Oxford branch catchment areas

Milton Keynes - servicing the Milton Keynes branch catchment area

Welwyn Garden City - servicing the Welwyn Garden City branch catchment area and Watford.

This is a flexible role and there may be times when you will be required to work from different areas to help cover during high workload demands.

You will be required to occasionally visit a John Lewis branch to ensure you are up to date with your product knowledge.

This role is subject to the following pre-employment screening: 3 year references. Basic disclosure. DVLA check. 

What you'll have

• Full, clean driving license

• Experience fitting Home Furnishing products

• Excellent Customer service skills

• IT literacy

• Communication skills

• Confidence working independently

What else could you bring?

• Proven sales experience

• Understanding of window dressings
