My client is a not for profit organisation that has been providing care services in the Lower North Island for 100 years; before government gave social welfare services a first thought. They have over recent yearss introduced the Eden Alternative Philosophy into all their Homes.

They need now a health sector manager who can role model excellence in the delivery of services illustrating a strong values base around respect, independence and responsiveness as has the outgoing Manager of 14 years. 

You will manage 60 beds offering hospital and rest home care supported by an onsite Clinical Manager and Wellington based Regional Manager. A current RN Annual Practising Certificate is not an absolute requirement but would be an advantage.
