Year in, year out, our drivers make Christmas happen for millions of people across the country. Delivering throughout the festive season, they’re the friendly faces out in every community. If you enjoy life on the roads, we’re looking for more friendly faces to join us this year and we’re offering all our drivers an incentive payment for working at our busiest time of the year, providing a fantastic festive experience for all our customers.

As a seasonal Driver we’ll expect you to make every delivery a great experience, always doing the right thing for our customers and keeping them aware of any delays. You’ll be kind, approachable and overall give excellent customer service, really making a difference in the community you serve. 

It is a legal requirement that candidates must be 18 years or over and have held a full driving licence for at least 12 months (with no more than 6 points on your licence). We'll ask you to complete an online driving risk assessment as part of your interview and, if you’re successful, there’ll be a driving assessment when you join us.

You’ll be fully licensed to drive but we will ensure you are coached in driving our delivery vans and also trained to deliver great service to our customers. And you’ll have guaranteed hours, so you can plan your life around work. When you’re not out on the road, you’ll help out as one of our Online Assistants where you’ll be picking out the best quality produce and putting together our customers’ orders, ready for delivery.

As well as competitive pay, guaranteed hours, and a van for you to drive, we’ll also take care of insurance and fuel. Plus, if you work 36.75 hours per week between 7th November and 1st January 2022, you’ll get a £500 one-off payment in January 2022 (pro-rated depending on worked hours).
