Are you patient, compassionate and reliable? Are you looking for part time work in New Lynn? Would you like a job that makes a difference in someone’s life?

We are looking for someone to support a woman in New Lynn who needs assistance with parts of her daily routine. She is friendly, chatty and loves her cat and wheelchair sport. She is looking to build a small team of people, each to help her 1:1 to maintain her independence in her own home.

We are looking for people to help for some hours in the morning (about 2 hours between 6am – 9.30am) and evening (1 hour, between 8pm – 10pm) seven days a week. We would love to chat with you if any of these hours might work for you, you do not need to do them all. The role involves helping this woman with some personal care tasks, helping around the home and perhaps some cooking if you are good in the kitchen.

To be right for this role you need to be organised, empathetic and punctual. You need a drivers licence and to have had your covid vaccinations. Experience providing personal care support would be an advantage, but not essential.
