Job Description: 

This role will see you being a key point of contact working as part of a busy helpdesk environment in which no query is the same! The helpdesk can expect to recieve up to 9,000 requests per month from our customer and will be responsible for processing and completing any work orders following these calls. You would be working 4 days on and 4 days off shift pattern.

Role responsibility:

Assisting with the creation and administration of contract related work orders.

Manage and cordinate enquires and requests from the customer.

Handle and filter incoming calls in accordance with procedures 

Process work orders from the customer

Act as a point of escalation

Communicate with and support the G4S contract operations team.

Manage key site based electronic systems and process escalate faults via the processes

Qualifications - External

The Ideal Candidate:

IT literate to an intermediate level with a good working knowledge of Google based systems 

Quality Awareness - achieve a high level of accruacy

Excellent attion to detailx

Excellent interpersonal skills 

Customer Focused

Ability to work under own initative

Ability to work to deadline

Abilty to stay calm and prioritise in busy situations
