This is not your average Security Officer role!

About the Role what’s in it for me?

Reporting to the Security Service Manager, no two shifts in this role will be the same - you’ll need to think on your feet, remain calm under pressure and show compassion and empathy in times of distress.

Previous security experience is preferred but not essential for the right candidate.

As part of our busy security team, you will be involved in a number of different duties such as :

• routine patrols
• report writing
• welfare checks
• diffusing tense situations before they escalate
• ensuring the overall security of our people and buildings

About You

You will be a peacemaker, a confident communicator and display kindness while remaining firm and alert. You will have experience working with people from all walks of life, be non- judgemental and have a good level of physical fitness.

Our Security Officers work on a rostered basis 7 days a week, so you will need to have the flexibility to cover a variety of shifts.

Please note that you must have a clean current full driver licence to be considered for this role.
