Healthcare Assistant Theatre - 37.5 hours - West Valley Hospital

Due to increased activity opportunities have arisen for an experienced Healthcare Assistant to join our Theatre team at West Valley Hospital in Croydon on a permanent basis. 

As a Healthcare Assistant you will have current experience working in a hospital environment and ideally hold or studying towards a Level 3 NVQ in Healthcare. You will be able to demonstrate effective communication skills – both written and oral. Duties will involve providing support to the theatre team and Consultants and the provision of supplies within the department. You will be hard-working, enthusiastic and flexible in your approach. This is a demanding role requiring professionalism, commitment and a good team spirit.

The ideal candidate will have:

· Current experience as a Healthcare Assistant in a hospital environment (essential)

· Experience within a Theatre Department (ideal)

· A Level 3 NVQ in Healthcare (ideal) or studying towards
