Location : Queenstown Otago Work Type : Full time Salary : $70,000 Annually

  • Warm desk, multiple current jobs, all resources supplied
  • Covering South Island region, be based in Wanaka & work from home
  • OTE, around $70K+ (generous base salary + KiwiSaver + Uncapped Commission)

What you need :

  • Open to previous experience, sales experience does help but not necessary
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written & verbal
  • Business acumen, with a driven and self-motivated personality
  • People skills - this is a people business and we put people first.
  • Ability to influence, learn and be teachable
  • An inquiring mindset, keen to develop and extend yourself

What you'll do :

  • Step into a "warm desk" with established clients and candidates
  • Manage the full end-to-end perm recruitment process, delivering the service we're famous for.
  • Find great candidates, using our awesome tools & platforms.
  • Smash your individual activity and sales targets and be rewarded
