The Head of Transformation Delivery will be passionate about our Portfolio and Programmes to ensure measurable target cost, digital, and growth benefits are realised.
This role is key to the business as the post holder will lead and deliver Transformation across the business which will build an environment where our people have the skills, knowledge and behaviours to deliver our customer ambitions, meet regulatory expectations and industry standard methodology.
Aviva has introduced “smart-workingâ€, and the person in this role can be based anywhere in the UK, as long as they are comfortable regularly travelling to one of our offices.
