Opportunity for an experienced people leader to provide advise and guidance to senior HR leaders in Tauranga.

This is an operational day to day role, non strategic, and will provide advice and guidance across all people management , process and policy situations and requests.

This role will sit across 4 Team Leads in People & Culture (Talent Manager, Health & Safety Manager, HRIS/Payroll Manager and IR Lead).

We are looking for someone with lots of enthusiasm and an upbeat approach to drive all of People & Culture and push them to the next level.

Motivation and experience in driving a team for performance is key to this role.

Ideally you are Head of People and Culture level , experinced in team leadership and will have demonstrated ability to take teams forward, be across all operational areas of HR and can motivate people to deliver on teh organisational strategy through the HR strategy
