Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, a technical or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with business-to-business (B2B) technology marketing, partner or field marketing.
  • Experience with planning and executing marketing programs and budget management.
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics.
  • Experience delivering excellent experiences for customers and making products and solutions coherent and compelling to a range of IT and business audiences.
  • Knowledge of the mindsets of Chief Information Officers, IT selection makers, and line-of-business managers.
  • Ability to create effective relationships, internally and externally.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, including managing partners, large projects, vendors, agencies.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute the partner marketing strategy for Google Cloud partners and support their scaling and integration across the region.
  • Drive demand through partners via marketing engagement (e.g., activities and programming).
  • Consult on marketing campaigns and promote accountability with assigned go-to-market partners. Build integrated campaigns where you’ll jointly own and develop overall positioning, messaging, demand generation, customer references, and awareness.
  • Integrate partners into the regional field marketing programming. Develop a deep understanding of partner needs and how to best position Google Cloud products in the market with joint messaging.
  • Track and measure program success, including services adoption, satisfaction and total partner marketing pipeline impact, making adjustments to continuously improve and maximise results. Develop relationships with partners and internal teams.
