The successful candidate will be part of the European team responsible for program managing strategic large scale cross functional operations projects and new project initiatives. Programs will include partnering with Retail to improve contribution margin and customer experience, acquisition due diligence, technology integration, and other cross functional Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering & Infrastructure, Fulfillment Center Operations and ACES initiatives. The work of this team will include facilitation of approval from functional leaders, project prioritization & scheduling and resource allocation efficiently and effectively. They will be a natural self-starter who is comfortable supporting large, complex cross functional projects. They will have a true hands-on approach, strong project management skills, and be an effective communicator. This position involves regular communication with senior management on status, risks and change control.

Key Job Responsibilities:
• Work with business teams to define requirements and high level process/systems solutions
• Prioritize projects with biggest impact on our business, propose and obtain approval from relevant functional leaders, and schedule resources
• Key involvement in bi-yearly strategic operational planning process
• Possesses a broad technical background and has the ability to “roll up their sleeves” and jump in if needed, along with managing
• Find practical and simple solutions to complex problems without sacrificing quality or core functionality
• Is capable of taking accountability while providing status, asking for help, and immediately escalating issues and problems as necessary
• Responsible for overall project schedule that enables the teams to be successful based upon the project milestones and Go-Live
• Strong Stakeholder management
• Provide executive summaries on short notice for VPs and Directors
• Engage with multiple leaders from different teams to dive deep on issues and implement immediate actions

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams
• Experience organizing and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Access/other Database
• Fluent in written and spoken English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proficient with SQL/MySQL
