This newly formed Head of Marketing and Customer Experience position is a key role within this company's mission to become NZ's leading data driven customer engagement business. Reporting directly into the COO with 12 direct report's you will be responsible for managing the brand through all touch points and channels. The structure of the wider Marketing and CX team has been designed to promote a more agile way of working and has varying levels of seniority and experience.
Your new role
This position has been developed to work alongside the COO, and relevant external partners, in the creation and implementation of an effective digital channel roadmap for the brand. This will require strategic planning and delivery oversight of effective marcomms through all relevant media channels. Other responsibilities include:
