The role of Head of Hospitality & Product will be an interesting and challenging role for the successful candidate. In the role you will lead the definition, design and development of the inflight product portfolio. This will include the hospitality design principles for British Airways cabins, in line with the brand and cabin proposition toolkit. You will lead the strategy and standards for all soft product and connected service applications to deliver the British Airways vision. Responsible for the design and signatures of the culinary and beverage proposition, ensuring that the nominated suppliers consistently deliver to the required specifications.
