The Group ERP Platforms team is a newly formed team, leveraging our brilliant talent across our regions. We are searching for an experienced senior Enterprise Architect across ERPs and corporate solutions, to help us co-create our future strategy and vision, and guide delivery to achieve it.

What you’ll do:

– Partner with the business to co-define a “North Star” architecture vision for our mission critical ERPs and their associated applications. From this vision, you will contribute to developing a strategy and continuous 3-5-year technology roadmap, underpinned by a cohesive Enterprise Architecture strategy and Cyber Security policies.
– Establish and lead the ERP Technology Design Authority Group.
– Provide critical input and guidance for future technology solutions, vendor selection, and opportunities.
– Ensure alignment to Cyber Security policies, SOX and other key policies.
– You will work closely with key ERP vendors and our Heads of Group ERP platforms, to leverage value from our contracts and solutions, and identify opportunities for further transformation aligned to business need.

What you’ll bring:

– A passion for technology and future opportunities, balanced with a practical and feasible adaptation and roadmap that is aligned to business need.
– The ability to corral and influence at all levels, creating advocates across Sky Group. Excellent leadership and genuine business partnering skills.
– At least 5 years’ experience as an Enterprise architect, offering different cost-effective solutions, evaluations and recommendations, always with the end user and ‘north star strategy’ in mind.
– Deep experience of ERPs (such as SAP, Workday), Business Intelligence suites, digital technologies, Workflow and BPM tools, and a broad understanding across Technology.
– Experience of working across various domains, such as HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Legal.
– Experience leading Technology Design Authority Groups, with a keen understanding of Cyber Security, SOX, Business Continuity and License compliance.
